Broccolini and Cauliflower Tacos with Spicy Serrano Pepper Fused Olive Oil

Spicy serrano pepper fused olive oil adds a nice touch of heat to the broccolini and cauliflower in this simple taco dish.  It pairs nicely with black beans cooked with garlic.

Serves 2-4

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound broccolini , ends trimmed

  • 1 small head cauliflower , cut into small florets

  • 2 tablespoons spicy serrano pepper fused olive oil

  • Sea salt

  • Your favorite flour tortillas

  • Jalapeno hot sauce

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the broccolini and cauliflower, season with salt, and cook, stirring, for 10-12 minutes or until browned. Remove from the heat.

  • In a small cast-iron skillet, warm the tortillas on both sides. Remove from the heat.

  • Transfer the tortillas to individual plates. Arrange the broccolini and cauliflower on the tortillas. Drizzle jalapeno hot sauce over the top. Serve immediately.
